This test is a DNA analysis that makes it possible to determine the link between an individual and his or her parents with a genetic or biological legal evidentiary purpose for civil registry, nationality or passport procedures.
It is legal or judicial evidence that has legal validity and cannot be anonymous.

Description

This Legal Paternity/Maternity Test is a genetic test that compares the genetic information of two individuals to establish their possible biological relationship.

The test is performed by taking a sample of buccal epithelium with cotton swabs, a quick and painless process. Our result is absolutely reliable; we analyze as many markers as are necessary at no extra cost.

As it is legal evidence, it has legal validity and cannot be anonymous. An appointment is required for sample collection at our facilities in Madrid or at any of our partner centers throughout the peninsula, in order to guarantee the identification of individuals and the maintenance of the chain of custody from collection to analysis.

We belong to the small group of laboratories that comply with the agreement of the National Commission for the Forensic Use of DNA (CNUFADN) on accreditation and quality control of laboratories, ascribed to the to the Ministry of Justice.

Our certification is UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17025.
